Nicole's tape collection Hall & Oats
Daryl Hall and John Oates, "Rock N' Soul part 1". Starting off the album strong with "Sara Smile" and another favorite of mine, "Private Eyes. This tape also has my "go-to" karaoke song: "I can't go for that (No can do)". This song makes me feel like I'm telling my boss at my office job that I can't get the fax printer to work. Classic early 80's pop rock. Tape comes with a 1984 calender insert:

One of my favorite new wave pop bands from 1986, that started in Philadelphia! Their chimey keyboard synth sounds makes my last 2 brain cells tickle and they just make me so bubble gum happy.
Don Slepian
THE Electronic Music Pioneer, Don Slepian is a composer who creates his own sounds in his keyboard that takes you to another dimension. I saw him play live and he literally just improvised a magical movie soundtrack that transported me to any 80's dark fantasy movie. I bought this tape at his show and it's more of a meditation, which I'm really siked about because I love that meditate to whismy sounds.
